From December 13 to 14, 2023, the China Sugar Industry Association Information Work Conference was successfully held in Hangzhou. The meeting invited a total of more than 40 information personnel from the sugar industry associations of major sugar-producing provinces (regions), key sugar enterprises (groups), key commercial circulation enterprises and raw sugar import and processing enterprises to attend the meeting. Liu Yang, general manager of Zhongshang Sugar Co., LTD. The meeting was presided over by Zhong Jinchuan, Vice Chairman of the China Sugar Association, Yan Weimin, chairman of the China Sugar Association, delivered a speech, and Bai Zhe, deputy Secretary-General of the China Sugar Association, delivered an information work report. The meeting also invited Wei Wei, senior engineer of the Big Data Development Center of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Areas, to explain the construction and application of big data in agriculture and rural areas; Chen Juan, deputy director and engineer of China Electronics and Information Industry Development Institute, explained the transformation and upgrading of sugar enterprises boosted by digitalization.
At the meeting, representatives of various enterprises introduced the situation of sugar production and marketing, inventory, sugar cultivation, technological progress, transformation and upgrading, cost reduction and efficiency increase, merger and reorganization in the sugar production period from 2022 to 2023, and carried out full exchanges and discussions on how to improve the quality and efficiency of information statistics in the sugar industry.
Mr. Liu of our company gave a speech on how business problems in enterprises are transformed into data problems. Mr. Liu pointed out that in the digital era, it is necessary to make full use of information technology to empower employees and managers.
